AWA Supports Mandurah Street Chaplains

Street Chaplains work on the streets of our State’s cities and towns. They provide crisis pastoral care unconditionally to any in need. The chaplains offer compassion and practical help to all who need and want it.

Mandurah has a dedicated group of Street Chaplains from a variety of churches in the Mandurah area that spend their Friday and Saturday nights (between 11pm – 4am) ensuring the safety and caring for the ill, intoxicated or traumatised young people. They work alongside the City of Mandurah, Police, Emergency Care providers and many other support agencies in the area.

AWA is a proud supporter of this hard working, compassionate group of volunteers.
