Notice to Members - Election of Directors

12 September 2023

With the Annual General Meeting of AWA Mutual Limited to be held on Wednesday 8th November 2023 it is a requirement of our Rules that we call for nominations for the position of Director.

In accordance with the Rules, the Terms of the following four Directors will end at the 2023 Annual General Meeting: 

  • Brian Virtue
  • Richard Lyle
  • Adrian Hart
  • Elizabeth (Libby) White

The Board is now seeking nominations from Members to fill these four vacancies. 

Members are advised that the following four Directors have indicated their intention to re-nominate:

  • Brian Virtue
  • Richard Lyle
  • Adrian Hart
  • Elizabeth (Libby) White

If more than four nominations are received an election will be held at the Meeting.

Director Nomination forms are available from any of our offices or by calling us on 1300 056 953 and must be returned no later than 4 pm on Tuesday, 3 October 2023.
